SHINS MUST BE COVERED for the DEADLIFT! knee high socks or knee sleeves over the shins are acceptable.

There will be rack height confirmation, WEIGH-INS and a rules briefing prior to the flight starting.
3 attempts per lift! Check your score card (which I have already made, but can be altered)! If your 3rd attempt is clean and easy we will be allowing 4th ATTEMPTS!
