5x 1/2 Kettlebell Turkish Getup (to high bridge) on each side
10 Face the wall squats
10 kettlebell halos
10 Downward facing dog pushups

advanced sagittal plane drills

Rings:
hollow position
support
dips
iron cross

Conditioning
4 rounds
400 yard run
25 RKC hardstyle kettlebell swings
