In teams of three, with only one teammate per station, complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 30 minutes of:

10 Alternating Lateral Wall Ball Throws
5 Toes to Bar

B.
5 Ring Push-ups
10 Alternating Steel Mace Ballistic Curl Forward Lunges*

*Perform a Ballistic Curl, then holding mace in seatbelt position across the torso with globe at bottom hand, lunge with same leg as bottom hand, step back, curl to the other side, etc.

C.
200 Yard Run w/Med Ball

Teammates can only rotate after the running partner returns. Record total rounds and reps per station.
