Weekend In Review – Strength Wins…specially BADASS WOMEN.

Powerlifting Coach Amanda Carroll won 2017 GA USAPL Volunteer of the Year!!!

I had an amazing weekend! On Saturday I got to judge the USAPL GA State Meet and then I got to accept the Volunteer of the Year Award at the state meeting. It was awesome being up there with @prettystrongbec who was voted Lifter of the Year. #EleanorGrace had a good day too. She got to meet a lot of new friends and help sing some karaoke. On Sunday I got to coach @miranda.annesley to an 8/8 PR meet! It was so much fun and I am so humble that she put her trust I me to make the correct attempt selection. Coaching is tough work, I would much rather be a lifter and just do what @prettystronglife tells me!!! I don’t have any pics from Sunday because I was too busy trying to make sure I was doing everything right!!!
