Because sometimes you show up to the gym wearing the exact same outfit as your bro.

Remember we are only having class at 6am and open gym at 630pm today because we are hosting a Z-Health seminar this weekend. (As 6am discovered this morning, Open Gym & Strength classes might be greeted with a surprise tonight…brrrrr, it’s cold in here.)

Tomorrow: Join us at Larry Bell Park behind the Cobb Civic Center for a 9:30 am workout on the field! Please sign up for class so we know how much equipment to bring! It looks like it’s going to be a beautiful morning! This is a FREE class. So, if you’ve hit your limit for the week, this workout is open to you! Good times guaranteed.

Tribe, Open Gym & Self-Defense are cancelled on Saturday.

Sunday: All classes are cancelled. TRIBE Lifters: Lyndzey has a special message for you about Sunday. Details are in the Tribe FB group.

Save the Date: Next Saturday, August 1st, we have 5, count em FIVE, teams competing in X’s & Y’s at Venture CrossFit in Atlanta!!! I’m so pumped to go watch our teams kick some ass and you should be too! If you haven’t been to a competition, this is the one to go to. It’s completely sold out and The Atlanta Affiliate League always does it up big with CF gear and food vendors. This year will be no exception.

When we have anyone from the gym competing, YOU GO and SUPPORT them. This is how we build a better gym and better friends. Whether you go for 30 minutes or the whole day, drive to ATL and show our team how proud you are of them!
