PM Schedule Change: By popular demand, starting Oct 8, Monday, the 5pm & 6pm class will change to 5:30pm & 6:30pm.

Level 1/2 Test: Monday, Oct 1st @ 7pm, we’ll be having a Level 1/2 test. Register on Mindbody.
Here is a list of the skills and standards for each level test.

Fit Me Baby One More Time: Hey, you’re gorgeous just the way you are. But you might feel blah or have a little more weight on you than you’d like. Here’s some tricks to help you get even MORE fit.
1. Move more outside of the gym. Maybe you find a lunch spot that’s 15 minutes away. Walking for 30 minutes, 15 in each direction, at a quick pace can burn around 150 cals. Bonus, you can clear your mind in the process!
2. Clean up your weekends. Try not to loosen up your diet too much when the weekend hits. You can also add in a hike, run or long dog walking session when you have that extra time.
3. Lift weights! In general, the more lean muscle mass you carry, the faster your resting metabolism is. If you miss a lifting session at the gym, we have plenty of open gym times! Why don’t you get in your missed workout on Sunday during Open Gym from 11-1pm or try some body weight work with yoga at 11:30?!
