5 Overhead Reverse Lunges R/L (L0/1- goblet lunges if necessary)
5 Down Dog Pushups

Skill

Turkish Getup
-Quarter getup – start position, roll to elbow, extend arm, lift hips 
-half kneeling windmill transition 
-overhead lunge to standing, then reverse movement back down to the floor
-“Naked” getup with shoe balanced on fist
