This Thursday at 7pm, come to Two Birds Taphouse on the square for a holiday party! Meet the rest of your MVMNT community. And the first drink’s on us 🥳

On 12/20 and 12/21, we’ve adjusted the schedule. 
Thursday, 12/20 – We will have a Functional Fitness class at 5:30pm, but there will be NO 6:30pm class on that day.
Friday, 12/21 – No 6am class. Normal schedule resumes at 9am.

$29 for returning players; $39 for new players. Prices increase by $10 on Jan 3rd. 
Challenge begins January 19. 
More information will be coming out about the WLC. This Challenge can be a wonderful motivational tool to help you lose weight, exercise consistenlty, drink water, get your sleep …. etc etc etc. We do this as a TEAM.
