Great to see @Jordanreed_86 doing some ground movement during a game recently. The only negative was how aggressive people were getting about labeling the movements. Settle down, it’s just human movement and names only make sense in the context of the program or discipline in which they are being taught. Yes we use some of these movements in Animal Flow (thank you to everyone who tagged us), but you’ll see these in TACFIT , Onnit’s Durability program, Ginastica Natural, Yoga, BJJ, the list goes on. The really positive thing however is that free movement is making its way into the collective consciousness, and that’s pretty cool, no matter what you call it. UPDATE! After the original post, I found out that Jordan was working with @premierrehabdc and @d.karp32 so I wanted to give props. Nice work guys!! @albertogallazzi @coachjohnwolf @shaneheins
