Join us for the Whole Life Challenge!

MVMNT Gym will be participating in the Whole Life Challenge this year! The Challenge begins January 18th and ends February 28th.

Why the Whole Life Challenge (according to Niki)

  1. It’s an opportunity for you to not just not work on your fitness and food, but five additional habits that support your overall health and wellness: sleep, hydration, exercise, mobility, reflection, and a well-being challenge.
  2. You’re in the driver’s seat. YOU set up how much water you want drink, sleep you want to get, and how strict you want your diet to be for the next 6 weeks.
  3. It starts riiiiiight around the time all our good feelings and intentions around New Years start wearing off. The timing is perfect.
  4. We do it as a TEAM and other team members will help you stay accountable and on track! (Bonus: they have tons of good content available to you on the app or website).
