Level 1/2 Test: Mark your calendars. Monday, Oct 1st @ 7pm, we’ll be having another Level 1/2 test. Hurry and get this one in before the holidays start!
As always, register on Mindbody.

Fresh vs. Frozen: If you’re only hitting up the fresh aisles at the supermarket, you might be missing out. Studies have show than certain produce can fare better in their frozen state than fresh state. Think of it like buying a car: the moment you drive the shiny new model out of the lot, it loses value. The same goes for freshly picked fruits and vegetables. Despite having high levels of nutrients, many start to degrade as soon as they’re harvested. By the time they’re in your kitchen, the nutritional profile has dropped. Frozen produce, on the other hand, is packaged at peak quality, helping it stay that exact way longer.

The big picture: eating more veggies in any form will positively impact your health. Adding frozen veggies to your arsenal may help you make wiser decisions in the supermarket. Shop smart!
