Not dreams or goals, but STEPS As someone who used to dwell on the future a lot, I have a funny habit of not working backwards very often. What happens when you do that – pick a goal and then look at the steps to get there in reverse? You actually have a path.
So how can we apply this to fitness and our overall health?
Could be simple as saying: I need to leave work at 5pm. to get to the 5:30pm class. So how is that possible? (Bring my workout clothes to work in the morning, finish X by 2pm, keep that meeting to 15 minutes, and so on).
Are you thinking of the action items to get to your goals … aka. your True North?
