Dobbins Day is here!!

Please be at the fitness center, gathered around the whiteboard, ready to rock at 9:30 am.

Directions:

GET ONTO POST: Go to the Clay National Guard Center/Lockheed Martin Gate at Atlanta Road & George McMillian Drive (under the overpass)

It’s the gate opposite of a small strip of stores including a wing spot and liquor store.

Go under the overpass and take a left towards The Clay Center. The guard shack is about a quarter of a mile down a curvy road.

Tell the gate guard you are with COL Gaston and MVMNT Gym headed to the fitness center and you’re on the list. (VIP style). They’ll check your ID against the list. Kids under 16 need not have ID.

AFTER THE GATE:

1. Go to the 4 way stop

2. Turn left and drive up the hill to the roundabout

3. Take the first right turn by the Chapel, continue straight through the parking lot to the gym and enter through the front door… that’s it!

*It’s a very small post. You’re driving less than a mile once you go thru the gate. If you get lost or have trouble getting onto post, please call Brock at (404) 953-3174.

What to bring: Identification, Burger money, WATER and sunscreen.

The workouts will not require any special equipment. There are water fountains in the fitness center but not on the flight line. Refill at the fitness center!

Please be courteous of other gym goers and the equipment.

After party: The Shops at Belmont at the corner of Windy Hill & Atlanta Road. The restaurants open at 11. Our goal is to be done around 11:30 am and head over. The live band, King of Pops, and kid activities run until 2:00 pm.
