Speed Ladder

Kettlebell FLow:
4 rounds (try not to set the bell down at all)
5 One arm swings
3 Clean and Push press
1 Reverse Getup
Switch Hands and repeat on the other side

Conditioning
“In the Moonshine”

AMRAP 25 Minutes

In two person teams, with only one person working at a time, complete as many rounds and reps as possible of the following circuit:

100 Double Unders
50 Kettlebell Swings
40 Wall Balls
30 Toes to Bar
20 Burpee Box Jump Overs

Lower Levels may substitute 2x single unders for each DU, and 1x Hanging Knee Tuck or Situps for T2B
