1-on-1 or 2-on-1, you will have undivided attention and be guided through customized sessions that are suited to your current fitness level and goals. There is an ongoing dialogue with your coach where you will receive feedback on technique and day to day training concerns.
Individual Program Design
If you train alone, at anther gym, have a specific event you’re training for or want specifics to work toward your next MVMNT Level, our Individual Program Design is for you. Creating a training program tailored to your strengths and weaknesses can save you endless hours of self-programming experimentation.
If you have highly specialized goals and prefer training independently, our Individual Program Design service is the perfect solution. You’ll work exclusively with one of our coaches to create an exercise program that tailors to your goals and schedule.

Skill sessions are the tool for developing and refining any technique you’ll be using inside these walls. Developing proper technique is a key to stay as injury free as possible. Skill sessions are 30 min long and can be scheduled before or after your current class schedule to save you time or anytime that suits your schedule.
