This class is for anyone looking to improve Olympic weightlifting skills.
People who are dedicated to the MVMNT Olympic Weightlifting Tribe can expect increased hip explosiveness, strength, and power output which transfer over to more efficient movement in any group functional fitness class.
We encourage everyone to regularly attend 3-4 times per week to make significant skill progress and to increase intensity. Athletes are welcome to come only once or twice a week. You can expect technique to improve but will not be focused on adding weight.
Every athlete will be given an individualized program based on skill and ability levels which will address your mobility needs and specific weightlifting goals.
All levels are welcome as this class is ideal for anyone. It is strongly recommended that Level 3 and 4 members apply a concentrated effort to the Tribe for at least 6 months especially for competition.
Tuesdays and Thursday at 7:00 pm
Saturdays at 10:30 am
Olympic Weightlifting can be purchased as an individual training program for $100 per month.
