L3/4 – once through with empty bar, then add light weight and do the entire progression again
L2 – start with pvc, then move to empty bar
L0/1 – practice with pvc

Lift

Squat

Sets across. Add 10# to last week.

Double Kettlebell Squat

Conditioning
EMOM 10 Minutes
Burpees one minute, Wall Balls the next

L4 – 12 Burpees, 15 Wall Balls (20/14)
L3 – 10, 12 (20/14)
L2 – 8, 10
L1 – 5, 8
You should aim for about 30 seconds of work and 30 seconds of rest each minute.
