Monday 11/7/11


Today we begin a 6-week cycle with a heavy focus on squatting. We will be drilling the Olympic clean and doing heavy front and back squats 3 days a week. In between, we’ll work on improving running form and some CrossFit Endurance style intervals.

Warmup
Jump Rope – 3 minutes
Clean Progression – 30 minutes

Strength
5×5 Front Squat

Conditioning

25 Kettlebell Swings
