Beyond the Whiteboard – Remember unlimited members receive a complimentary subscription. Please email ivy@mvmntgym.com to request an account. For those of you that have an account, if you aren’t actively logging your workouts, you will get booted to make space for other members. Your data will be saved forever and ever. You just won’t be able to add additional workouts without $$. 

Save the Date – MVMNT Tribe is making their debut on August 27th in the Dogg Days of Summer Open at the Coweta Rec Center in Newnan (fun drive!). If you’re interesting in joining the team or just want to support, throw on a MVMNT shirt and join us down south. 

We’re growing up – Kids MVMNT is making the transition to Young Athletes. Starting in September, our Young Athletes will include ages 9-15. Days, time, and cost will remain the same. 

Warmup

Run to Sessions 2x

3 x
5 Strict Pullups
5 Downdog Pushups
10 Swings
1/1 Getup (increase weight each set)

 

Conditioning

Double Kettlebell Complex:

5 Sets, alternating with a partner
5 Swings
5 Clean + Squat
5 Snatches
5 Squat

Levels 3/4 – Double Kettlebells

Levels 0/2 – 1 KB if necessary, sub high pulls for snatches
