Come meet us and see the facility. We will talk about your current fitness level, experience, goals, and expectations. You will participate in the group class with a customized version of the daily training program. The workout will not be easy. You will have to focus, work hard, and be willing to be uncomfortable. We expect nothing less than your best effort. This session is by appointment only. What to expect:
- Group class, lasts about 1 hour
- Can be scheduled during almost any regular class period
- First we will warm up and mobilize your joints and prep your muscles for the movements in the strength/skill training
- Next is the Skill training, so you understand the movements
- Then we work on Strength techniques or a Conditioning circuit
- During this time you’ll be assessed for movement competence and capacity, so we know your current fitness level
- After that is discussion of the next step along with some Q&A
Eat 1-2 hours before you come (you’ll need energy). Think light meal, not snack. The Intro Session includes exercise, so dress accordingly. Please arrive 10 minutes early, so you can fill out our online waiver.
