6 week Youth Athletic Performance Camp for kids age 12-17 with Director of Programming Mario Carlomagno. Recommended for all kids who want to get better, faster, and stronger this summer. Kids will learn proper warmup and joint mobility drills, lifting technique, speed and agility skills, and improve their overall fitness in a cooperative atmosphere. This is a two hour class from 1:30 to 3:30 PM Monday through Thursday. The camp runs for six weeks, from June 4th to July 19th, with no class during the first week of July.
