Event Details

Basic Barbell is a prerequisite for Pure Strength and also the final part of becoming an official Level 2.
You will learn barbell skills including, but not limited to:
  • unracking and racking a barbell
  • properly spotting someone
  • platform etiquette
  • safely warming up
  • technique for the lifts
This class runs from 10:30-12:30 on Saturday.
Cost is $50 for non-members and $25 for members. Current members can email info@mvmntgym.com for the discount code.
